Create training modules for sports operators in the reception centers for refugees and asylum seekers, which will equip operators with knowledge and skills, adapted to the relationship with vulnerable targets, involving refugees and asylum seekers as protagonists. Create a model with transferable and scalable training modules to be included in the training programs of the partnership, involving welcoming communities and refugees and asylum seekers themselves. A crosssectoral national and EU net.

โ–ถActivities

SAILER implements the methodological results obtained by EU projects of which UISP is a partner such as IRTS (Isca) and INSPIRES (Rete Fare). Definition of the European model for training operators, refugees and asylum seekers, through sport as a tool for integration and well-being. Identify operators; Module experimentation; 1 experimental training event for each partner country; 4 organizational events: 1 Kick-off, 2 Intermediate, 1Final meeting; Methodological manual.

โ–ถImpact

Creation of training modules for socio-sporting operators, refugees and asylum seekers; - Increase of soft skills of operators and refugees in reception centres thanks to the skills and knowledge of the sporting world. - Support for refugees also as professionals in the sports world. - Manual of good practices for operators. The multilingual manual will be placed online in order to disseminate the methodologies used.
