De.Co.Struct aims to initiate a process of decolonizing the perspectives of those who work daily with migrants, while strengthening intercultural competencies and supporting the communication skills of activists within migrant movements. By creating a reflective space for communication practitioners, it seeks to challenge prevailing migration narratives and promote the active participation of experts with migrant backgrounds in shaping these narratives.
