Objectives

Develop and promote good practices that involve music as a psychological support tool and non formal education method to improve mental well-being and social inclusion of adult women, between 35 and 65 years old, coming from peri-urban areas, who are facing situations of psychological distress from social isolation, sharing skills within the partnership, developing their capacity for action and improving support methods

Activities

1. A face-to-face workshop in Galatone for partnership associations 2. Two local music workshops in Skopje and Guimarães involving women in distress and organizations working with women in distress from social isolation 3. Drafting and publication of a manual of guidelines on the use of music as a tool for psychological support and social inclusion of women suffering from psychological distress from social isolation

Impact

1. Raise the awareness and increase of tools and methods in favor of participating organizations for the implementation of dedicated programs (+50%) 2. Increasing the capacity to carry out effective actions in the partnership's territories (+50%) 3. Creation and dissemination of a framework of guidelines on the use of music as a tool for psychological support and social inclusion of women suffering from psychological distress from social isolation (60%)
