Objectives

The HE4 project aims to improve access to vocational training and career advancement for marginalized groups in the home economics sector. By developing modular, competency-based learning and a digital learning platform, the project provides flexible training opportunities, allowing employees to enhance their qualifications and skills. This will promote social inclusion, career progression, and sustainable employment in the sector.

Activities

The HE4 project will focus on three main pillars: skills assessment, modular qualifications, and support for adult learners' development. We will create competence-based learning modules using a blended learning approach, offering flexible training. A digital learning platform will provide accessible, ongoing education, tailored to employees' needs, supporting career progression and social inclusion in the home economics sector.

Impact

The HE4 project will create an innovative training structure in home economics, enabling adults to build on existing skills and achieve higher qualifications through modular training. By offering flexible, blended learning opportunities, the project will enhance employability and career progression for under-represented groups, strengthening the skilled labor base across Europe and contributing to the sustainability of the workforce in a changing labor market.
