The BEYOND FEAR project aims to prevent and manage gender-based violence in the workplace, promoting safety and inclusion. The main objectives include raising awareness among female workers about their rights and violence prevention, providing practical tools to recognize and address harassment and abuse, and supporting companies in implementing policies and practices that foster respectful and safe work environments.
▶Activities
BEYOND FEAR is structured around key activities: a needs analysis to identify barriers and challenges, the development of an innovative training curriculum with interactive modules, the creation of digital tools (MOOC and Digital Self-Assessment Tool) for learning and evaluation, as well as workshops and awareness campaigns. The project also involves collaboration with stakeholders to promote behavioral and cultural change.
▶Impact
BEYOND FEAR will produce tangible results, such as a modular training program, accessible digital tools for violence prevention, and a compendium of best practices. These outcomes will enhance awareness among female workers and provide companies with resources to create safer workplaces.
