The HILL โ€“ Hacking and Improving Limits of Life project aims to empower young people and youth workers by integrating biohacking, sustainable well-being, and digital education into non-formal learning. It seeks to enhance self-awareness, mental resilience, and eco-conscious living through interactive digital tools, micro-learning modules, and an e-learning platform. HILL fosters lifelong learning, active citizenship, and healthier lifestyles, ensuring scalable, cross-sectoral impact.
