▶Objectives
YES intends driving social innovation, accelerating sustainability and positively impacting local, rural and urban communities, addressing youth depopulation, unemployment and climate change through a dynamic youth project aimed at empowering NEET and youth workers by equipping them with crucial and innovative soft skills intertwined at social entrepreneurial tools, in-person bootcamps, in order to enhance their competitiviness and resilience in the employment market.
▶Activities
The main activities odf YES will be divided as follows: WP1: Project Management WP2: Needs analysis of Youth Workers and NEETs on their skills to be acquired to access quality training/labour market. WP3: Development of the YES Training Programme consisting of two parts, one focusing on soft skills and one on social entrepreneurship. WP4: YES-Up Programme, in-presence events enabling young NEETs and Youth Workers to practise their skills on social entrepreneurship. Promotion of YES results.
