The project Startup Lab aims to empower adults and NEETs with entrepreneurial, digital, and business skills to foster self-employment, economic inclusion, and digital transformation. Through structured training and mentorship, we will help participants develop viable business ideas and enhance employability. By promoting social inclusion, innovation, and sustainability, we will create support networks and ensure long-term impact in the digital economy.

โ–ถActivities

To achieve its objectives, the Startup Lab project will equip adults and NEETs with essential digital and business skills, promoting long-term economic inclusion and self-employment. The main activities include a Needs Assessment and Research to identify skill gaps, the development of a Digital Entrepreneurship Training program and platform, and the creation of a Step-by-Step Business Launch Guide to help participants start their businesses.

By implementing these activities, Startup Lab will: -Compile a Needs Assessment Report -Develop innovative training curriculum -Produce a Step-by-Step Business Launch Guide -Train 60+ participants in digital entrepreneurship and self-employment -Support 10+ entrepreneurs and create 10 business plans after trainings -Enhance digital literacy and entrepreneurial skills -Promote sustainable business practices aligned with circular economy principles -Establish long-term support network of mentors
