Project objectives: Develop a high-quality, 80-hour online course tailored to the needs of VET teachers, particularly in Arts Education. Increase digital and professional skills of VET teachers to prepare them for inclusive education of VET students. Disseminate project results, informing target groups in partner countries about new opportunities to develop competencies through the online course.
▶Activities
To develop the online course: content creation (EN), translation (LT, CZ), and design in Moodle. To conduct training, piloting, and evaluation of the course; transnational training for VET teachers; piloting with VET students. To manage project activities and execute the dissemination, sustainability, and exploitation plans; organize online and face to face meeting in CZ; dissemination events and activities in LT and CZ.
▶Impact
1. Created an 80-hour online course in 3 languages (EN, LT, CZ) as an open self-learning tool. 2. 100 VET teachers from LT and CZ complete the course, with 20 participating in transnational training; improved digital and professional skills and competences for inclusive education. 3. 1000-1500 VET teachers introduced with the online course and project outcomes.
