We want to: 1) empower active seniors to become cultural ambassadors and foster their active ageing and lifelong learning; 2) strengthen the role of cultural institutions as inclusive, participatory learning spaces; 3) foster partnerships between adult educators, seniors and cultural organisations; 4) co-design and co-delivery of cultural learning activities that enhance civic engagement and social inclusion; 5) create a replicable, sustainable model for non-formal education in cultural spaces.

We will: 1) Develop Cultural Ambassadors Training Programme, test it online and in-person among seniors and elder adult and cultural educators, and award digital certificates/badges; 2) Develop Cultural Engagement Toolkit (with Know-How Guide and 4 vodcasts) and organise 2 international trainings in Lithuania and Greece and local workshops in all partner countries; 3) Organising International conference and a series of online and in-person local multiplier events.

1) Seniors are equipped with necessary knowledge about how to understand culture and are awarded Cultural Ambassadors’ badges; 2) Adult educators and cultural institutions are encouraged to transform into inclusive learning spaces; 3) Partnerships between adult educators, seniors and cultural institutions are fostered by co-design, co-creation and co-delivery of engaging cultural and educational activities; 4) Replicable model for non-formal elder adult education in cultural spaces is created.
