▶Objectives
The project aims to equip vocational (VET) teachers with the knowledge and skills to effectively integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into their teaching. It seeks to develop a comprehensive, scalable model that supports schools in crafting digital strategies aligned with AI advancements. The ultimate goal is to transform schools into learning organisations, enhancing their resilience and capacity for adapting to rapid technological changes.
▶Activities
The project will implement a three-step model that includes: developing AI learning content, creating an e-learning Hub with microlearning modules, and delivering blended courses about the pedagocial use of Artificial Intelligence in vocational education. Teachers will apply AI-enhanced lessons in the classroom, gather feedback, and reflect on their experiences. Additionally, an e-book will be published to share best practices, and micro-credentials will be awarded to participating teachers.
▶Impact
The expected project results include the creation of a scalable, multilingual e-learning environment, AI-focused microlearning modules, and promoting VET schools to extend their digital transformation strategy with aspects of integrating AI into their practice. Teachers will receive micro-credentials for AI training, while the project will foster a community of teachers sharing best practices. An e-book and case studies will further disseminate AI-enhanced pedagogical strategies across Europe.
