DIGI-EQUAL aims to facilitate equal access to fulfilling employment & career opportunities for women having previously completed a training course in the digital sector. By empowering women through targeted training, mentorship, & awareness campaigns, we hope to challenge stereotypes. Ultimately, we seek to create a more inclusive digital workforce, enabling women to access leadership roles & contribute to a thriving digital economy across Europe.

Partners from Luxembourg, Turkey, Belgium & Ireland will implement activities including discussion groups, workshops on digital & soft skills, ongoing quality evaluation, awareness campaigns featuring successful women in tech. Mentorship programmes will connect participants with companies, while training for adult educators will enhance support for female learners. We will also create an online resource platform, social media pages, YouTube channel & a Community of Practice on EPALE.

We will produce 3 results: 1: Design & promote solutions to the perceived obstacles to equal access to employment opportunities for women in the digital sector 2: Facilitate the integration into employment in the digital sector of qualified women 3: Impact Assessment, Online Platform & Digital Legacy Roadmap to broaden the impact & legacy of the DIGI-EQUAL project We will foster a supportive community, contribute to a more diverse workforce while addressing gender biases in the digital sector.
