Social services providers in the disability field are facing new challenges in their capacity to offer good quality services. The lack of innovation in management models has generated more and more difficulties to manage the growing complexity of the organisations and to maintain cohesive teams committed to their mission. DEMS offers a new and innovative European learning space, where managers explore innovative management models, create a common management methodology and improve their skills.

An innovative European Learning Community for managers, where they will share information and learn about innovative management models and practices, thanks to different learning tools: 1 Guide to Models and Practices, 3 On-line Workshops, 1 On-line repository of learning resources. We will identify a common management methodology in a living-lab context, involving managers and beneficiaries through a co-creative approach. The methodology will be tested by the managers in a Pilot training.

1. A European-wide Learning Community on innovative management methodologies, where managers involved will be able to improve their skills in a peer-learning context 2. An innovative common management methodology adapted to the needs and challenges of social service providers in the field of disability 3. The transfer of products and knowledge to other social economy entities and to other stakeholders in the project Countries and at European level thanks, to a strong dissemination and networking
