- Improve refugees’ mental health by providing access to psychological support, self-help techniques, and trauma recovery strategies. - Empower participants as “mental health ambassadors” who will learn self-help techniques and pass them on to others, fostering a culture of mutual aid and psychological resilience. - Break cultural stigmas around mental health by offering accessible psychological education - Ensure long-term support through an interactive digital platform and an online community

Activities

- Psychological support sessions – in-person and online group seminars to help refugees manage PTSD and anxiety. - Gamified self-assessment quiz – an interactive tool for identifying mental health challenges. - Digital platform – self-diagnostic tools, expert videos, and multilingual self-help materials. - Online peer-support community & hotline – continuous psychological assistance. - Training refugee ambassadors – equipping participants to support others.

Impact
