▶Objectives
We want: 1) to provide knowledge, methods, specific self-help techniques for adults who feel lonely to improve their ability to gain and build meaningful relationships with others, taking into account gender perspective, and to improve their emotional well-being; 2) to increase adult educators and society awareness through public education and public awareness campaigns and to improve societal attitudes and beliefs and eliminate stigma towards people who feels lonely and depressed.
▶Activities
We will: 1. Gather good practices of methods, training, self-help tools for adults who feels lonely in 4 countries 2. Create, pilot, gather feedback of training for adults who feels lonely that fits to their needs with at least 60 participants in pilot training and at least 4000 participants though social campaign 3. Organize social campaign and community engagement with at least 40 articles about project results, sharing stories of adults coupe with loneliness 5. Organize 3 partners meetings.
▶Impact
Main results: 1) Report of good practices at least 20 pages produced in English, Turkish, Spanish, Polish and Latvian 2) Training about how gain and build meaningful relationships with others, who to improve their emotional well-being at least 40 pages covering at least 4 topics in English, Turkish, Spanish, Polish and Latvian. 3) Public awareness campaign created with good practices, methods, self-help techniques, stories- with at least 40 articles developed and published.
