The project aims to create inclusive and supportive school environments in Latvia, Turkiye, Portugal and Italy by enhancing practices related to well-being, diversity and inclusion. Specifically: Build a culture of respect and empathy. Improve student well-being. Develop cross-cultural understanding. Equip teachers with innovative strategies. Create long-term impact by producing sustainable resources. Empower schools to support all students and teachers.

Planned activities: 1. Workshops on respect, leadership and empathy. 2. Differentiated and interdisciplinary learning approaches (teacher training to adapt teaching methods). 3. Interdisciplinary lessons (different subjects to enhance students' physical, mental and social well-being. 4. Well-being days. 5. Murals or posters symbolizing inclusion, project logo. 6. Cultural exchange programs, international cultural festivals, themed school events. 7. Family involvement. 8. Sharing best practices.

1. Improved student perception of belonging and inclusion (measured through the surveys). 2. Training teachers on how to implement interdisciplinary lessons. 3.
