Objectives

The project aims to improve education for gifted students by sharing best practices across partner schools, promoting innovative teaching strategies, and encouraging the use of digital tools. It will also foster global citizenship by exposing participants to diverse cultures and educational systems, helping them understand and address global challenges. The project seeks to strengthen international collaboration and enhance the capacity of teachers to support gifted learners.

Activities

The project will implement a series of mobility activities, including school visits, workshops on STEAM education, and cultural exchanges. Participants will engage in practical workshops, observe teaching strategies for gifted students, and collaborate on developing lesson plans. The project will also focus on creating educational resources, such as e-books and videos, that can be shared among partners and used to improve educational practices in all participating institutions.

Impact

The expected results include the creation of lesson plans, curricula, and digital resources tailored to gifted students, which will benefit teachers and students alike. The project will also strengthen the relationships between partner schools and promote sustainable collaboration in gifted education. It will raise awareness of the importance of global citizenship and contribute to the professional development of teachers.
