Objectives

The aim of the project is to provide teaching materials in Latvian and Estonian languages that correspond to modern vehicle repair and painting technologies, to create content for professional development modules for educators, and to develop criteria for assessing the compliance of companies for the implementation of work-based learning. The project will promote the quality of education and collaboration between schools and businesses.

Activities

The activities to be implemented within the project: 1) provision of up-to-date, digitally accessible teaching materials for vehicle body repair and painting in Latvia and Estonia; 2) implementation of professional competence development activities for vehicle repair educators; 3) development of criteria for assessing the compliance of companies for work-based learning in vehicle body repair technologies.

Impact

The project will provide modern teaching materials for vehicle body repair and painting in Latvian and Estonian languages, improving the quality of education. Teachers will have access to a professional development module to help them learn the latest technologies. Companies and schools will use the developed criteria for implementing work-based learning. The project will promote collaboration between educational institutions and businesses.
