The project aims to increase awareness of gender equality among employees, managers, and educators. It will improve companies’ and teachers’ ability to identify and address gender inequality through practical tools and guidelines. The project will promote inclusivity and diversity in workplaces and educational settings, fostering environments where gender equality is a core value. It will also provide adult educators with resources to teach how to recognize and address gender inequality.

The project will implement various activities, including developing a repository with tools, games, and resources on gender equality. We will create checklists, workshops, and guidelines tailored to businesses, employees, and educators. Interactive serious games and pilot testing will engage participants, allowing for feedback and refinement. These activities will be tailored to address the specific needs of SMEs, adult learners, and companies to foster gender equality.

The project will deliver concrete results through innovative tools like interactive serious games, engaging workshops, and practical guides. These resources will provide accessible and impactful ways for participants to learn about and reflect on gender equality, fostering a deeper understanding and encouraging actionable change across target groups.
