Objectives

In order to support the transition of the construction sector, one of the most resource-intensive industries, to sustainability, the project aims to increase the professional capacity of participating organizations as VET providers by developing and integrating innovative training with a view to creating professionals capable of steering the construction sector towards sustainability, thus promoting climate neutrality, circular economy principles and social well-being.

Transnational assessment of the needs of the construction sector and VET providers Development of a training product of 5 modular micro-learning units (EQI level 4) in EN, LV, BG, SL, ES, CY Development of a personalized e-learning platform Train the Trainers activity Piloting and micro credential assessment 4 TPMs (3 Face-to-face, one online), bi-monthly online Meetings 5 National multiplier events & 1 European online Conference Dissemination Activities
