Objectives

This project is a unique initiative designed to empower educators and adult learners by integrating soft skills development with sustainable fashion. By providing experiential teaching tools and digital resources, we will equip educators to inspire critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity. Learners will enhance problem-solving, communication, and emotional intelligence, applying these skills in both personal and professional contexts.

Activities

We will create a transformative international learning experience, blending soft skills with sustainable fashion. Through cross-border collaboration, educators and learners will engage in hands-on workshops, mastering upcycling and ethical design while strengthening teamwork and problem-solving. Webinars, peer learning, and local events will inspire real-world action.A boot camp will empower 50 participants to turn sustainability into entrepreneurial success, shaping a greener, connected future.

Impact

Our project will create a powerful, lasting impact, equipping educators with a advanced curriculum that blends soft skills with sustainable fashion. Min. 10 engaging digital resources will make learning more accessible, while 30 educators will gain new teaching strategies.Through 4 hands-on workshops, 60 adult learners will strengthen essential skills. 9 community projects will drive real-world change, 50 reels will spread sustainability inspiration, fostering a movement for conscious fashion.
