โถObjectives
We aim to support women carers of ailing spouses, parents, and loved ones by providing self-care tools, resilience training, and methodologies for managing grief, loss, and emotional fatigue. Carers face burnout, isolation, and difficulty reintegrating into employment after caregiving. Through training resources and a support network, we empower them to navigate these challenges, rebuild confidence, and prioritize their well-being during and after caregiving.
โถActivities
We will develop a manual and a structured methodology to support women carers in building resilience and practicing self-care. A Train-the-Trainers event will equip facilitators with the skills to implement the methodology effectively. A series of hybrid and face-to-face workshops will provide practical application opportunities for participants. The project will conclude with two final events to showcase outcomes, share insights, and promote the sustainability of the initiative.
โถImpact
We expect the project to equip women carers with practical self-care tools, resilience strategies, and methodologies to manage emotional fatigue, burnout, and the challenges of reintegration. The manual & methodology will serve as lasting resources for ongoing support. The Train-the-Trainers event will ensure sustainability by creating a network of facilitators. Participants in the workshops will gain skills to improve their well-being, while the final events will raise awareness and visibility.
