DIGI-ELEVATE delivers comprehensive learning model based on 5 key phases: Analysis-Situation-based assessment report Design-Development of a new curriculum & learning outcomes Development -Creation of a MOOC on demand & eLearning tools with videos& infographics. Pilot Testing Workshops of 300 training modules. Evaluation-Tiered Certification, publication, & promotion of reviewed open-access digital learning resources. It will ensure widespread dissemination & exploitation
