Objectives: -to undertake an assessment of current skills gaps on 3 industries/countries -to undertake an analysis of 3 industries/countries identifying future skills requirements -to refine the Methodology for Skills Assessment ensuring its transferability internationally -to organise 3 international study visits and 3 online workshops to facilitate transnational collaboration -to extensively promote the refined methodology and the individual skills assessments amongst relevant stakeholders

▶Impact
Most importantly, this project will develop 3 Skills Assessment Reports on Aviation in Malta, Food Innovation in Ireland and Tourism in the Netherlands; and will have developed a refined and transferable Methodology for skills assessments.
