Objectives

The general objective of the LEAP project is to enhance the opportunities in the labor market for low-educated adult immigrants in Europe by developing their 21st-century skills and strengthening their participation in European society. To achieve this aim, a 21st Century Skills Assessment Tool will be developed to gauge the 21st-century skill levels of these low-educated adult immigrants, and a Tailor-Made e-learning portal customized to their skill levels will be designed.

Impact

PR 1: 21 Century Skill Assessment Tool for Immigrant Adults This output is a customized assessment tool designed to effectively measure and analyze the existing soft skills of low-educated and low-skilled adult immigrants. PR 2: Tailor-Made Soft Skill E-Learning Module for Low-Educated Immigrants This outcome is an e-learning platform consisting of interactive and participant-oriented training modules designed for low-educated immigrants to develop 21st Century Skills.
