▶Objectives
The IPSI project enhances LGBTQIA+ workplace inclusion by training 45 HR professionals and career counselors to promote diversity in employment. Led by Pro Work (NL), Arcigay Agorà (IT), and InErudico (CZ), it develops a MOOC, strengthens networks between job centers and LGBTQIA+ organizations, and integrates inclusivity into career counseling. IPSI ensures sustainable impact by embedding inclusive practices in HR policies and employment services.

The project includes staff training, the development of a MOOC with 15 video and text lectures, and the training of 45 HR professionals and career counselors. Activities include an initial inclusivity training, a pilot phase to test the training, and final dissemination events. The project strengthens networks between LGBTQIA+ organizations, HR departments, and job centers, ensuring long-term integration of inclusive employment practices.
