Objectives

The AISLE to Inclusion project supports educators in designing innovative learning experiences that promote EU principles of unity, diversity, and cultural awareness. It aims to strengthen educators' capacity to use storytelling and non-formal education methods, adapt teaching to diverse learners, and develop digital competences, particularly in AI for learning design, assessment, and learner empowerment.

Activities

The project’s key activities include Communities of Practice Dialogues to debate adult education trends in DEI and digital transformation and the development of the AISLE to Inclusion Training Module and Guide. The dialogues’ results will be compiled in a comparative report exploring common patterns, differences, and insights on instructional story&AI-based design for more inclusive and innovative learning experiences. The Training Module and Guide will be piloted through three local workshops.

Impact

We will enable 30+ educators to use storytelling methods to transform any teaching opportunity into a channel to promote EU principles of diversity and unity and build cultural awareness and inclusive communities. Educators will also gain confidence in using AI for teaching, assessment, and learner empowerment. The training module and guide on instructional story and AI-based design, along with insights from communities of practice dialogues, will be provided as OERs to 45+ stakeholders.
