BRIDGE aims to create inclusive educational environments promoting diversity and civic engagement across partner schools. We will develop innovative teaching methodologies for educators to foster shared values and democratic participation. Through cross-cultural exchange, we will establish sustainable professional learning communities that enhance inclusive practices, creating lasting impact on educational approaches that benefit diverse student populations in all participating countries.

Three work packages: (1) inclusive classroom practices through collaborative teacher workshops and resource creation; (2) civic engagement activities, including student-led community projects and cross-cultural exchanges; and (3)establishing teacher support with mentoring programs and professional learning communities. Activities include international training events, virtual collaboration sessions, classroom piloting of developed resources, and creation of a digital platform with best practices

We will produce a teacher toolkit for inclusive education, establish sustainable professional learning communities across partner schools, develop student-led civic engagement models, improve teacher competencies in diversity management, increase student participation in democratic processes, and enhance cross-cultural understanding. The project will create networks between schools, generating measurable improvements in inclusive classroom practices and school climate for diverse learners.
