Improving access to Higher Education (HE) for students with disabilities transitioning from Special Secondary Education (SSE) to HE. By: equipping students with study, social and personal skills while providing educators with inclusive and disability adapted teaching methodologies. Additionally, it fosters long-term collaboration between SSE and HE institutions. By institutionalizing the developed educational interventions, it ensures sustainable impact and structural change.

Developing and implementing a Blended Modular Transition Program for SSE students and a Train-the-Trainer Program for educators. Both are co-created with SSE students and alumni, SSE and HE teachers and institutions. The project establishes strategic and practical partnerships through strategy and design sessions between project partners, SSE and HE institutions in Poland and the Netherlands and disseminates insights through publications for practical usage to relevant bodies and public outreach

10+ trained students/alumni and 10+ trained educators qualified to train peers, with direct upscaling possibility to 150+ teachers and 3000 students. 2 open-access Program Guides. Both programs are institutionally adopted by 5+ SSE/HE institutions, ensuring access for their students and teachers. Both are validated through structured evaluation. Widely shared, open access How-To Guide summarizing best practices for replication. Presentations at 5 education conferences. 3 published media articles
