Lunch Box aims to fill an identified need by equipping social professionals (SPs) with essential digital skills to enhance their online engagement and organisational impact. Lunch Box will: 1. Bridge the digital skills gap in the social sector 2. Provide flexible, modular online training 3. Enable SP learners to create effective social media campaigns 4. Develop and offer a self-directed toolkit of the Lunch Box training 5. Strengthen partner capacity through Erasmus + collaboration.

The Lunch Box activities are as follows: 1. Manage and coordinate the project 2. Hold two in-person (F2F) meetings, the first to align partners, the second to test training. 3. Develop a 10-module digital training course, deliverable in facilitated or self-directed formats 4. Deliver the training in a 10-week online course to 24 SP learners 5. Create a project website which offers the training in self-directed format 6. Disseminate results via outreach, publicity and 3 multiplier launch events
