To address workforce shortages, the SUPPORT project develops hybrid care models combining digital tools and community-driven support while equipping 100 caregivers with essential skills. The project ensures long-term impact through scalable frameworks, policy recommendations, and stakeholder engagement

Activities

-Analysis of Challenges and Best Practices: Validate workforce challenges, refine hybrid care models, and synthesize stakeholder insights on best practices.. -Training Development: Design hybrid care training with digital tools. -Capacity Building: Train 100 participants (25 per country). -E-Health Tools: Develop and pilot digital caregiving solutions. -Pilots: Test methods in real-world settings across four countries. -Dissemination: Share results through events and platforms. -Policy Advocacy

Impact

The SUPPORT project will deliver hybrid care models, e-health tools, and training modules that equip 100 participants with caregiving and digital skills. These outcomes will address caregiving gaps, enhance workforce capacity, and improve support for individuals with confused behavior. Additionally, the project will produce policy recommendations, best practice guidelines, and scalable frameworks to drive systemic improvements and ensure sustainable caregiving solutions across Europe.
