The project objectives are: Enhancing the competencies of social workers and adult educators to better support elderly homeless individuals; Fostering social inclusion by involving elderly homeless voices in the training process; Developing a flexible, high-quality digital training model for social workers; Strengthening transnational and intersectoral collaboration in addressing elderly homelessness; Promoting sustainable and eco-conscious approaches in professional training.

The project is divided into 5 WPs with related activities including project management, research and collection of practices, curriculum and training development, pilot testing, and dissemination: WP1 Project Management WP2 Research and Participatory Research & Practices Collection WP3 Curriculum and Training Development WP4 Pilot Testing and Feedback WP5 Dissemination
▶Impact
Project results: Development of a comprehensive training model based on the Experience-Reflection-Theory (ERT) methodology; Enhanced skills in active listening, problem-solving, service accessibility, and case management for professionals; Country-specific reports on socio-economic contexts and training needs; Creation of an interactive e-learning platform for accessible training; A final multiplier event in the Netherlands to share findings and advocate for policy improvements.
