In the context of initial teacher education, CoGET aims at developing pedagogically mentored contexts and conditions for diverse communities of pre-service teachers (PST). In VirtualPLCs, PSTs with different national, linguistic, disciplinary and cultural backgrounds collaboratively design inclusive pedagogy that incorporates global citizenship education and intercultural competence development to be used in increasingly multilingual and multicultural primary and secondary education classrooms.
