▶Objectives
The project aims to develop an educational framework for responsible AI, integrating ethical considerations, legal compliance, and societal impacts. By collaborating with academic institutions, research organizations, and industry experts, the initiative will equip students and professionals with the knowledge to create transparent, ethical, and GDPR-compliant AI systems. Activities will include the development of a curriculum, learning material, and workshops to promote responsible AI.
▶Activities
We will create an educational framework on responsible AI through a comprehensive literature review, and stakeholder interviews with societal, industrial and governance actors to create a balanced perspective. Based on this framework, we will developed foundational and engaging problem-based learning materials that confront students with real-world dilemmas in AI application. After evaluation, we will openly distribute the developed material for implementation in other disciplines.
▶Impact
The project will deliver a responsible AI curriculum with interactive modules on ethics, law, and societal impact. Outcomes include open-access materials, a handbook, and white papers on responsible AI principles, development processes, and evaluation. These results will equip students and professionals to create ethical, transparent, GDPR-compliant AI aligned with societal values.
