At a time where Europe prepares for a new Union of Skills, aiming at strengthening the education, skills, and overall competitiveness of the European Union, there is a real need to develop a quality framework and a corresponding label for Erasmus+ Staff training, supporting professional development of HEI professional services staff. This project aims to develop a COMPASS which will guide HEIs in identifying an assessing quality staff training with a focus on developing competences and skills

โ–ถActivities

The activities in the COMPASS project aim to pursue the general objective and include the mapping of good practices, consultation with stakeholders, a pilot phase to test the developed tools, development of a technical blueprint and data specifications and API specifications for the EWP Dashboard, and the development of a project communication strategy, the organisation of dissemination events, institutional recommendations and a exploitation and sustainability strategy and plan.

โ–ถImpact

The project will deliver a COMPASS Quality Framework for Staff Training, a COMPASS tool kit with quality criteria, building blocks, checklists and didactic tools to deliver quality staff training focused on competences and skills, a visual COMPASS staff training label, and integration and dissemination of COMPASS staff training through the EWP Dashboard.
