Strengthen collaboration between Norway, Sweden, and Iceland to create a sustainable framework. Bridge education and industry, preparing students for real-world career challenges.

Activities

The innovation lies in integrating three career learning modules into the existing curriculum: Module 1: Me and my context Module 2: Exploring opportunities – Building networks, acting professionally, and career options as a dancer Module 3: My future self

Impact

The project strengthens curriculum development and educator training while enhancing students' career competence and job market readiness.
