▶Objectives
The project aims to reduce the ICT skills gap by developing a T-Shaped Skills Learning Model and Talent Management Framework for ICT professionals, vocational trainers and enterprises. It aims to increase the adaptability of the labour force, align training with the needs of the sector and strengthen cooperation between the education and business sectors. The project also aims to establish the T-TALENTTECH Network to support long-term labour transformation and policy integration across Europe
▶Activities
The TALENTTECH project will implement ICT workforce training, upskilling of vocational trainers and corporate talent management strategies. Key activities include developing a T-Shaped Skills Learning Model, creating a Talent Management Framework, organising pilot training sessions, organising business forums and expanding the T-TALENTTECH Network. The project will also engage policy makers, SMEs and educational institutions to integrate its methodologies into workforce development strategies.
▶Impact
The TALENTTECH project aims to provide a T-Shaped Skills Learning Model, a Talent Management Framework and policy recommendations for ICT workforce development. Expected outcomes include enhanced digital skills training, improved workforce planning in enterprises and stronger cooperation between VET and industry. The T-TALENTTECH Network will provide long-term access to training resources, stakeholder engagement and policy integration across Europe.
