โ–ถObjectives

Our aim is to impact the development of the VET education Norway, Romania, Italy, and Croatia. Our main objective is to enhance the quality and relevance of VET systems, through the adaptation and implementation of the innovative Norwegian Vocational Specialization (VS) Model, thus contributing directly to the innovation and labor market alignment of VET. The VS Model is explained in att document. The project will also contribute to further dissemination in N through the SLunion representatives

โ–ถActivities

The project is build on 5 WP including Project Management; (WP2) focuses on adapting the Norway Vocational Specialization (VS) Model to national contexts, aiming to enhance the responsiveness and quality of VET systems across partner countries; WP3 Peer-Led Validation of the VET Models Manual Across Europe; WP4 focuses on the seamless integration of digital tools within the VET curriculum & WP5 is dedicated to the dissemination and communication of the project's outcomes.

โ–ถImpact

A manual as described in WP2 and 3. Digital tools, as described in WP4 Enhanced employability of VET graduates through a refined internship model that is both industry-informed and pedagogically sound. An additional benefit will be increased awareness among teachers and school leaders. Experience from the process so far shows that knowledge spreads organically through conversations and informal exchanges, fostering growing interest in the VS model. In Norway, this has led to increased inquiries.
