With this project, the organisations and our youth partners aim to create: inclusive spaces where young people can feel a sense of belonging, irrespective of their backgrounds, build connections across the Nordic region, and combat discrimination and social exclusion. This project will invite local young people to participate in cultural identity and diversity-building workshops using different artistic and creative forms of expression, to explore and build a more inclusive north.

1 digital and 2 physical training courses for the youth partners , where they will learn about facilitation, constructive dialogue, cultural identity and different creative artforms. 40 local creative workshops for local youth, facilitated by the youth partners on the core topics of the project. International knowledge exchanges for the youth partners.Adigital platform for storytelling, project updates and art exhibitions, a methodology guidebook, seminar, final training sessions and surveys.

4-6 young people from each organisation will learn to facilitate workshops where they create space for dialogue, diversity and inclusion by using different art forms as a method. This will lead to a more inclusive understanding of the people and cultures of the North. Both locally, but also internationally through the digital platform. We will share our methodology and results with other youth workers and organisations and we will have a strong Nordic partnership for future collaborations.
