▶Objectives
The “Intergenerational Cooking” project combines digital education with culinary traditions, supporting seniors in acquiring technological skills and integrating them with the younger generation. Through workshops in Poland and Italy, participants will learn how to use culinary apps and digital media. Outcomes include an e-book of recipes and best practices, and the project will contribute to the fight against digital exclusion and intergenerational integration.
▶Activities
As part of the project, we will implement: - Local intergenerational workshops in Poland and Italy, combining digital and culinary education. - International workshops in both countries to share experiences and learn about the culinary traditions of the partners. - A virtual recipe gallery (e-book), including recipes and good practices, made available online to a wide audience.
▶Impact
Project results: 192 participants of local workshops in Italy and Poland will develop digital and culinary skills. 60 students will take part in international workshops in Italy and Poland, exchanging experiences, learning about cultural heritage, strengthening the sense of common European identity and intercultural dialogue. 400 people and organizations will read the e-book "Virtual Recipe Gallery", promoting intergenerational education and digital integration.
