▶Objectives
The aim is to promote social inclusion and diversity in education by working with groups at risk of exclusion: female refugees, female migrants and women from rural areas, in partnership with a Cypriot organization. We will improve the skills of educators and adult learners, learn about new training tools, organize training for women, publish good practices online, and strengthen international cooperation, promoting inclusiveness, education, and European values.
▶Activities
We are planning: - 2 study visits (inaugural in Cyprus and concluding in Poland) - 4 cycles of workshops in stationary form with sharing with partners in an online formula - 6-day training to exchange experiences with partners in Cyprus - Arrival of the Cypriot partner in Poland and conducting a pilot training for 10 people - 4 local trainings (in Cyprus, Poland) for 30 beneficiaries of the organization - Online publication of 20 good practices.
▶Impact
We will increase the competence of the educational staff and adult learners of both organizations in activities for adults at risk of social exclusion; we will develop new tools for conducting integration and empowerment workshops (20 good practices). We will exchange experiences with our Cypriot partner and get to know our local working environments during two study visits. We will develop and conduct a training course in both countries to strengthen the social inclusion of women.
