The Plog Art EU Heroes project aim is to promote environmental responsibility by reducing litter, raising awareness of sustainable practices, promote art and encouraging inclusion of people with fewer opportunities while supporting the EU’s climate objectives. Implementing this across 3 countries highlights the power of European collaboration, fostering cross-cultural exchange and collective action for sustainability.

The Plog Art EU Heroes project will carry out a range of key activities, such as national and international plogging events aimed at reducing litter and promoting environmental responsibility, educational workshops focusing on sustainability topics like waste management and recycling, and international cross-cultural exchanges. Participants will also create art from the collected waste, while a social media campaign will engage a broader audience, raising awareness of the project's impact.

The project aims to reduce litter, raise awareness of sustainable practices, and promote inclusivity for adults with fewer opportunities. Expected results include increased environmental responsibility, a guide about "plogism" and inclusion improved knowledge of waste management and recycling, and stronger community engagement. Art from waste will foster creativity, while cross-cultural exchanges and social media campaigns will expand the project's impact.
