Objectives

By implementing this project, we aim to evaluate our school's curricula and incorporate global education into lessons. Our goal is to connect young people's experiences in Europe with those worldwide. Project activities will focus on commodities like chocolate, textiles, coffee, bananas, meat, water, and mobile phones to explore global realities and interdependencies. Activities will address themes such as sustainable development, rights, diversity, health, climate change, social justice, equity

Activities

During the project, we plan to organize teacher training in Cyprus, and meetings for students and teachers in Poland, Portugal, and Cyprus. We will organize a Global Education Week and conduct year-round classes on global education using simulation games and other engaging methods. Attractive competitions will be offered to students. Our activities will be published on the website and Erasmus platform, and the lesson plans will be published in a booklet.

Impact

We expect the project to:enhance English fluency among students and teachers, improve mathematical and scientific competence, increase proficiency in using digital technologies, expand global issues like fair trade, human rights, and climate change, develop social and civic competences, promote European citizenship, disseminate effective global education methods, create a project website, Erasmus platform. We hope that the project will raise social awareness about global issues affecting people.
