▶Objectives
SHERISE is an Erasmus+ project aiming to empower girls in STEM and entrepreneurship, promote gender equality, enhance social inclusion through hands-on training, leadership activities, international collaboration and social innovation. It targets 14-18 year-old female students, teachers, and policymakers. We will foster entrepreneurial mindsets, cross-cultural learning, and digital competence. The project ensures long-term impact through tangible outputs and sustainable educational strategies.
▶Activities
SHERISE will implement the following activities: Virtual Kick-Off Meeting: Detailed planning and collaboration. Student Mobilities (TR, GR, IT): STEM workshops, entrepreneurship training, and leadership development. Community Events: Campaigns, STEM showcases, and parades to raise awareness. Final Onsite Meeting: Reflect and assess, finalize reports, and share best practices. Outputs: A2 - STEM Solutions Portfolio, A3 - V-log of A3, A4 - STEM & Gender Equality Journal

Engage 48 female students in STEM activities, leading to an 80% increase in their STEM careers interest Foster leadership skills, with at least 12 taking leadership roles Support them in launching STEM-related projects Organize 3 community events, engaging 200 local participants to raise awareness of gender equality in STEM Create and share an open-access repository of best practices Develop Outputs: A2 - STEM Solutions Portfolio, A3 - V-log of A3, A4 - STEM & Gender Equality Journal
