▶Objectives
The project will address several aspects of improving VET education and adapting to the market needs by analyzing the needs of the green sector and addressing the mismatch between skills and competencies. Through the creation of an innovative VET GSC curriculum and empowering VET teachers and trainers we will establish new practices in collaboration between business and VET centers. With the dissemination of the results the wider community will have free access to the developed materials.
▶Activities
- Conducting comprehensive research on need analysis of alignment between VET and green businesses, including statistical research and focus groups. - Development of GSC curriculum and detailed lesson plan for each module. - Creation of digital GSC micro-learning resources. - Conducting the capacity building training for VET trainers and teachers. - Production of the web page - Executing GSC communication and dissemination plan - online promotion, advocacy meetings, plug-in events, etc.

R1 – Report from the need analysis, R2 – Developed comprehensive Green Skills Connect curriculum with lessons plan for each module, R3 – Enhanced capacities of VET teachers and trainers with GSC know-how, R4 – Produced GSC digital micro-learning resources, R5 – Developed dissemination and communication plan, R6 – Produced GSC web page, R7 – Conducted GSC online campaign reaching at least 30.000 target group representatives, R8 – Conducted advocacy campaign reaching over 50 stakeholders.
