Objectives

The main objective of the project is to enhance the professional skills of the administrative staff of the units participating in the project regarding tools and methods for effectively obtaining funds for projects financed by the European Commission and from framework programs. It also aims to develop tools (guide and "train the trainers" manual), and to utilize the acquired knowledge to raise competencies in subordinate units.

Activities

the project consists of 4 work packages: WP 1. Self-assessment (September 2025 - March 2026) WP 2 Onsite introduction to the CNFPT program aimed to support French territorial institutions (March 2026 – May 2026) (a three-day workshop in region PACA (Marseille)) WP 3. Benchmarking the French model by partners from Poland and Romania (May 2026 - December 2026 WP 4. Creating the Train the Trainers handbook

Impact

Results: 1.Enhancement of the competencies of employees in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, Botosani County and Roman municipality 2.Verification of tools used by CNFPT 3.Development of new tools: Guide and "train the trainers" manual. 4.Engagement of local community representatives in the development of the guide and "train the trainers" manual.
