Objectives

The AgileQuest project is dedicated to advancing IT project management competencies among VET providers—particularly in the areas of management, quality assurance, and innovation—as well as other professionals, through an innovative educational approach. The project will focus on developing an educational board game designed for future IT project managers and IT professionals, aiming to enhance their understanding and skills in Agile project management methodologies.

Activities

International Joint Staff Training Event to train staff members from organizations. Various international and national online and live project meetings for planning and coordination. Creation and testing of game prototypes by organizations through local activities involving our target groups. International design meeting to select the best prototype. Development of the final version of the intellectual work results: Game design and production. Promotion and dissemination of the results.

Impact

Gamification provides opportunities for social learning by fostering cooperation, competition, and the exchange of experiences among participants. Board games, in particular, offer an effective way to educate people on various topics. An IT project management board game can enhance agility and entrepreneurial competences, benefiting companies, NGOs, start ups, schools. By engaging in gameplay, individuals can develop their competences in innovative agile IT project management methodologies.
