The project aims to increase the accessibility of labour market institutions for intercultural school graduates18+ (refugees, migrants) oriented towards their own professional development, seeking information about their situation on the Polish labour market, and the professional activation of intercultural school graduates in lifelong career counselling. These will include information and promotion activities and research aimed at identifying barriers to the development of vocational guidance.
