Objectives

The project aims to prevent digital addiction in children by empowering parents through occupational therapy-based strategies and promoting responsible technology use. By developing a comprehensive training program, toolkits, educational videos, and an accessible online learning platform, the project equips parents with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to foster healthy digital habits and support their children in achieving a balanced and responsible digital lifestyle.

Activities

We will develop a structured training program, supported by educational videos, toolkits, and an online learning platform to provide parents with accessible and flexible learning resources. The training materials will be tested through national workshops in each partner country, where parents and educators will validate their effectiveness and provide feedback for refinement. Additionally, the project will organize multiple events to disseminate results and promote best practices.

Impact

In addition to concrete outputs like training program, toolkits, videos, and Moodle Online Platform, the project will achieve the following results - Increased Awareness: Parents will become more aware of digital addiction risks. - Enhanced Skills: Parents will develop practical strategies to promote healthy digital habits. - Improved Well-being: Families will experience better mental health and communication. - Empowered Communities: Communities will advocate for digital well-being initiatives.
