Objectives

- Increasing the digital skills of seniors through the creation of digital content that they will design and create themselves. - Promoting the heritage, culture and history of areas at risk of depopulation by designing digital resources that are accessible through digital devices. - Participating in the digital transformation of the tourism sector with the creation of an explanatory guide on the methodology used.

Activities

We will create a TRAINING to give the educators who will implement the training in digital competences and tourism the necessary tools to develop their work. The next step is the creation of the common open access PLATFORM ONCE UPON A LIFE to host the videos made by the participants that are accessed by means of a QR code and the creation of the web platform. The project will end up developing a METHODOLOGICAL GUIDE that serves as a model to educators specialized in adult education.

Impact

We hope that this project will have a significant effect on senior adults living in rural areas. Through adapting tourism to the digital age and editing their video footage, they will be able to attract more tourists to their area while preserving their heritage. Our project also hopes to generate an impact due to its grat difussion and extends to part of European geography.
